classicsNOmods is an independent Left 4 Dead 2 community built around a simple idea: preserve the original game instead of replacing it with RPG systems, perks, custom progression or balance-breaking modifications.

The gameplay stays close to classic L4D2 — the improvements are made around it.

The servers run at 100 tickrate and use custom server-side systems for anti-cheat, anti-grief protection, match integrity and fair team-controlled pauses. Suspicious behaviour is evaluated across a player's session rather than from a single lucky shot or isolated event.

We want matches where teamwork and game sense matter more than exploiting weaker players, farming statistics or winning at any cost.

New and average players should have room to learn and enjoy the game. Experienced players are welcome to play at their full strength — while respecting the match and the other players in it.

No RPG. No perks. No pay-to-win. No balance-breaking gimmicks.
