• No raiding with other groups

• What counts as a 'Group'?
\t- A group is defined by who is authorized on Code Locks, the Tool Cupboard, and who has sleeping bags inside a base.
• Swapping Members?
\t- Remove the player’s bags and revoke all access (TC, Codes)
\t- Eliminate the player in-game
\t- NOTE: Once swapped, the player must leave the server and can no longer play.
